Great podcast, short and informative.
I would add that besides selling archived content, podcasters can re-purpose content many different ways including articles, e-books and other type of content that they can use to not only make money but also establish expertise.
The latter will bring in more listeners which in turn will make them money.
Just like list building, in which we build names of which we can build relationship with, podcast feed subscription more or less also has the same value.
