Contacting Leesa Barnes is easy peasy using our help desk ticketing system. We switched to this system to help you track your requests easier. Plus, your emails were getting lost in our abyss that we call an inbox and that’s never good.

Our response time to new tickets is between 2-5 hours as long as you send it during our office hours:
- Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm EST (New York time)
- Friday from 10am to 2pm EST (New York time)
Outside of those days and hours, we’ll reply to your ticket the next business day. We are closed on Sundays and Saturdays, as well as on Canadian and American holidays.
