For a good starter on business podcasting try Blogging for Business. I know that it is Blogging, but the info is transferable. It offers some good ideas around policies for employees as well as establishing a climate for blogging.

I bought Debbie Weil’s Corporate Blogging Book last week (an excellent read) and it too has a mountain of employee guidelines for blogging. That’s why I’m asking for any on podcasting so I can make comparisons.
